Halibut Schooner Tordenskjold – Deck Repair and Caulking

This is the Halibut Schooner Tordenskjold. It fished for more than 100 years out of Alaska and was recently acquired by the Northwest Seaport.  It will be preserved and maintained as part of their museum fleet.  I got to assist the legendary caulker Tim Reagan with plank replacement and caulking of the forward deck.

If you need your hull or decks repaired/replaced, this is the guy you want doing it. These days he mostly works off Vashon Island (Washington, USA), but you can also find him as marinas and boatyards on the south side of Puget Sound.
